At Buckeye Shapeform, we take pride in our ability to customize the products we manufacture. Regardless of order size, we can adapt our standard products to your specifications. This built-in flexibility is what sets us apart from the competition. Quite simply, it’s what we do best.

At Buckeye Shapeform, we provide an extensive library of drawings on our website, allowing for a quick and easy layout of your components. We can accommodate the most modified front panel at your request, including all the holes, self-clinching hardware and silk screening you want and need for you project. To speed the quotation and order process, please send us your drawings via email in STEP, .dwg, .dxf, iges, .pdf, or .par file formats.

We maintain an extensive inventory of over 600 punches, from the simplest to the most complex, including single D, double D, round, obround, vent, square, rectangular and trapezoid.

We provide studs, standoffs, blind studs, captive nuts, spring latches, rivets and right angle standoffs in a variety of sizes for mounting electronics. Although we stock a wide variety of fasteners, we do not stock everything. We have a great relationship with our suppliers and partners, and we can get most fasteners by the next day. In most cases, we can get what you have specified without delaying delivery. (Please note that there may be minimum buys with custom non-stock materials.)

We have a great relationship with PEM Fasteners as a supplier and partner. We can get you most fasteners next day upon request.

With dedicated CNC milling equipment, we can create virtually any shape you require. To ensure a uniform finish coating, it’s better if most of the machining is performed before the metal is finished.

We can alter the height, width and depth of the enclosures to meet your specific needs.

Many of our standard designs incorporate effective shielding into their design, with the use of overlapping seams and multiple fasteners. For special requirements, we can provide copper-beryllium and metal-impregnated gasketing and the placement of additional fastening hardware. We use copper-nickel paint to shield our plastic enclosure line.

To help achieve a specific appearance or shielding requirements, let us know your masking requirements, and we’ll handle the job

We provide an extensive library of drawings on the website for quick and easy layout of your components. And, 3D CAD models on select products are also available online. If we don’t offer a 3D CAD model online, just call or request a drawing from us, and we will send it right over so you can do your own modifications. If you do not have the ability to do your own 3D CAD models, or you are too busy to do your own modification or design work, let our experienced team of engineers assist you. Our team is very experienced and efficient and capable of making even the most difficult job economically feasible. This will also help eliminate non-manufacturable specifications and multiple revisions. We can start with something as simple as a sketch on a napkin. To speed the quotation and order process, please send us your drawings via email in STEP, .dwg, .dxf, iges, .pdf, or .par file formats
