Field Sales is our first line of customer support and vital communication link. Field Sales qualifies target accounts, identifies the customer need and matches the available factory solution thus generating an opportunity. Field Sales monitors customer satisfaction. When a problem arises Field Sales will bring the appropriate factory individuals together to support the customer.

The Customer Service Team is our second line of customer support. They are the key individuals that take ownership of all the actions required to serve the customer. They are in effect “Program Managers” and handle the details, generating quotations, entering orders, following order progress through production and facilitating shipments to hit the customers in house delivery dates.
